Warm-up: Stretching and CF warm-up x 1 (took some Ibuprofen and fish oil today too)
Strength: Power cleans: 2x 1, 1, 1. This is set up to do two total rounds (after two warm up rounds with lighter weight) of 1 rep, rest for five seconds, 1 rep, rest for five seconds, 1 rep. This way you are completely disengaging your muscles between each rep and not benefiting from the bounce at the bottom.
