Trained with the 11 a.m. Elysium class while Marlie watched. She will be in school during the 11 a.m. class beginning in two weeks so no more coaching from her during our workouts :-(
Warm-up: CF warm-up x1 and handstand push up skill work
Strength: Front squat 3x3. I got 105 lbs x3, 125 lbs x3, 125 lbs x3. I stuck with 125 on the third as I'm trying to ease back into it. My knees feel better now post workout so I'm not so discouraged anymore.
150 wall balls (20 lbs/ 15 lbs) at a 10 ft target for time.
