Trained with the 11 a.m. Elysium class today.
Warm-up: CF warm-up x1 and pistols (one legged air squats). I used a 12 in box for the pistol practice.
Strength: Overhead squats 3 x 3. I got 95 lbs x3, 115 lbs x3 and 125 lbs x2--PR by 10 lbs since July! I failed on the second of the last round of squats as I didn't go quite low enough. OHS are a mental bust for me because the strength is there but the balance is shaky (similar for a lot of people).

Met-con: AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 12 minutes
-5 dead-lifts (155 lbs for women)
-10 burpees
***I finished 10 rounds plus 1 dead-lift. This is my kind of wod, shorter duration, some good heavy weight at low reps and only 10 burpees per round--nice!
